Probably a good article, but it wanted me to sign up after a couple of paragraphs, however, I got the gist.

The grit and determination he encapsulated on the pitch "upset" the Palace players.

It seems though the same grit and determination would "upset" the delicate players we have in our first team squad.

My immediate reaction is "OK, get him in, get rid of our sensitive players and start again next season.

Said it over and over in posts, I don't like Critchley as a manager, probably a thoroughly decent chap outside football, but he just doesn't do anything for me as a manager, we need at this moment in time a big snarling Pitbull to put a rocket up everyone, and as has been stated , if they don't like it then f uck off somewhere else, in my humble opinion!!

I think Neil is a case of wrong guy wrong time. In another model he's ideal, it's jut not this one at this time.

I don't like the attitude some have of 'get someone foreign in' just because that works at other clubs. but maybe a continental approach is the breath of frsh air we need. A different style of running the clubs football. Probably a part of what MB brought to the club and pitch.

We don't need Derry shouting at people. Wouldn't object to him being around the club but what this team needs isn't a rocket up their ####. They need a clear plan and the resources to execute it. They've already proven they can play like a top 6 team, shouting at them isn't going to bring that form back, solid, direct, cohesive training, tactics and match planning are.
