Turned us down before, didn't think we were to his standard. Not been a manager in years, comes across as having big old ego. Apart from his start at Spurs when he has been a manager has not done anything. If he was any good would have got back into the hot seat long ago. Far better options out there.

Sherwood has managed bigger clubs, definitely stepping down to us.
If he hasn't had a job for 7 years, surely anything is a step up!

        Ala Warnock.
Think players have too much power and too easy a life.
Cheers though, all I see is never not him, but I didn't actually see why.
I accept your point Dave but think TS has a touch of the Jim Magilton's about him!!

Has turned us down as not good enough for him.

Had a decent spell as caretaker of a good Spurs squad, but he failed at Aston Villa. He hasn’t managed a club since. Hasn’t managed in 7 years for a good reason because he has a poor reputation as a person.

I would prefer him to prove himself at a L1 /L2 club before coming to QPR.

It was clear from March that things weren’t well with Warburton and Ferdinand so I would have thought a plan or a wanted list for a replacement would have been on the agenda (maybe Sherwood and Campbell are part of it).

However, we fans know little or nothing about what is going on.
