    Jordan Archer

Hope the injury isn't as bad as first feared. Didn't even have the chance to celebrate the save which put us in the 4th round. Well played sir.

Did a good job. Massive disappointment for him just when he was getting his opportunity. All the best in your recovery Jordan!!!

I wonder if we will end up signing another keeper to fill the void.

I think someone like David Marshall could be a good option to sign, or perhaps Scott Carson or Lee Grant on loan?

These are all experienced keepers who could be ideal options.

Just seen the injury, which player was it that jumped on him to celebrate whilst he was down injured?....looked like Dozzell but picture quality was poor.

Thought he played really well, only downside for me is his distribution far to slow.
saying that, solid keeper. Hope his injury isn't too bad.
                Anyone heard anything.

In this case, I say no news is bad news.

A scan would quickly show any problems, probably waiting to see a specialist.

                    I hope I am wrong.

Full disclosure, I am not a doctor, I have however had my rotator cuff surgically repaired after completely tearing it playing hockey (ice hockey to you brits), from the way he landed on it and immediately signalling it was bad I believe it is quite a serious injury that may require surgery, I will be shocked if he's between the sticks anytime soon!

Agree with that. Hope he is ok, if not getting a keeper in on loan like Grant or maybe Heaton.

Or could be waiting for a second opinion, according to the wife.

If it is in fact a rotator cuff tear he could get cortisone shots as I did before surgery, I was able to do low impact sports such as snorkelling but I see playing keeper at a professional level being out question!

Can’t see us signing anyone permanently, more than likely to be bringing someone in on a loan deal.if we can get someone
