Even though the big clubs have an advantage with better players in bigger squads I like the option of 5 subs eligible to play off the bench.

It should keep the whole squad happy getting game time and gives more opportunities to younger players trying to break through without going on loan elsewhere.

Are there 5 subs permitted in the Cup? We are setting up fairly strong here, I would have like to see a CB or 2 rested but we should be able to be competitive with the Lg One high flyers!

Yes 5 subs allowed but with some restrictions based on timing of the subs to avoid trying to waste time by introducing them individually after half time.

Should be at least 2 up..combination of the keeper playing well and us hitting putting it straight down his throat instead of finding the space either side of him. Once one goes in I think we will score a couple more. Rotherham don't look like a side that are top of league 1.

We should have finished a couple of those chances, this seems to be following a familiar pattern of our many past failures, don't take your chances and let a plucky lower division side stay in the match until a mistake or bad referee decision does us in, sorry to be negative but this has happened for too many years!
