    Marking Armstrong

Great game last night. Totally pumped. Love having Charlie back in the squad. With that said, we face perhaps the most dangerous scorer in the Championship this weekend — Adam Armstrong — whose speed alone is hard to fathom much less contain. To win this game, we have to shut him down. Who can do that for us? Cameron is too slow. Can Dickie or Barbet do it (unlike our first game v Blackburn) or should we get a speedier midfielder to mark him?

He can't do anything without the ball. Just cut off his supply and don't give the ball away. We have made strides cutting out the errors, but blimey, the minute or so before Watford's penalty were effing attrocious with Ball, Wallace and Cameron all having brainfarts. Sometimes it is okay to just welly the ball up field to clear your lines.

I'd imagine Rovers fans have much animosity towards Charlie given his Burnley background so I suspect they are equally fretting about how to keep him quiet.

we have been looking much more solid at the back but are still prone to individual mistakes that seem to get punished every time!
