Good result. But I would still get a new manager in now.
The owners need to be ruthless. We all know it's a results business. And we have not been getting them.

Stick a proper player in that midfield and a CF 2 x fb this side would finish top ten Dickie and Barbet starting to look decent pairing Dieng looks the part probably the only keeper ive seen play that holds the ball rather than pushing it in a long time. a few need to go on loan Niko Kane kakay but we would be woefully short on numbers.

getting new faces in with this pandemic getting worse will be tough as well as prem clubs may want kids to bench warm when you consider Man City got 7 out with Covid

We have seen enough of the others, that`s a fair point don`t you think? Why mix it up and/ or use the squad, he said he needed.?

Some praise? Fair enough. Well done for getting a good point. But dont forget the #### we have been watching for the last 5/6 weeks and the crap the manager comes out with trying to justify it all. Overall we know we are operating on a shoestring but this manager is barely hanging on to his job. He refuses to change anything and that may well prove to be his downfall. The table doesn't lie. We are bang in a relegation battle and our lack of goals is a real worry. Bos will prob go in Jan so we really need to get a couple of loans who will provide the spark we need.

If MW has lost the dressing room we wouldnt have got that result. Stick with the manager.

I hope we have a few new players coming in ready for the games from the 16th Jan (Wycombe, Cardiff, Derby & Watford).

Dickie was superb 1 loose touch nearly cost us but him and Barbet look much better but Barbet should go LB Niko 4 year deal must be low wages to get that his positional play is dire.

Again ill say its not all warburtons fault and as a ex pro Les must look at Dykes Kane and some others and realise wtf have got here.
Why are Ball and Kane suspended? The cut off date well passed. Having said that, wish Kane was.

We all know what we need in January, however just based on tonight a excellent well earned deserved point, against so called Champions elect
yeah a battling performance and BOS really has to put that chance away to win it at the end. Never a penalty either.... A good point for the boys and hopefully it helps us turn a corner.

Yep me too. It's probably the same people who were constantly banging the drum for Nico to be in the team, as if he was some sort of wonder player, he's not and neither are they.

Beyond a point here and there in the past 10 games, the bigger question is this: ‘Are We Getting Better?”

21 games in, we have enough evidence to answer that in a word: “no”.

Yes, think Dickie and Dieng full of promise, Barbet and Chair at times are decent, and Ball will gives his all despite his lack of talent.

But, by every measure, as a team we have not progressed.

We are mistake-prone on defense, unable to control the midfield, and wholly unable to finish within 18 yards of the opponent’s goal, like we have no idea what to do.

MW aid clearly not blessed with huge talent on this squad, but what has he added to the formula to make individual players and the team as a whole better?

God help us! That was a very good performance against a team who look like they might walk this league... but still the endless whining from the same sources continues.

The problem is simple: we are capable of defending well, we shift the ball forward well, the passing and movement is some of the best in this league, but we lost Wells, Eze and (to a lesser extent) Hugill, so we are very short up front. We are relying on one player (BOS) for pace and bite instead of three or four. Warnock was lucky to have three expensive and, at that time, fringe Prem players (Adel, Routledge and Kyle Walker) pulling defences all over the place.

The only conclusions you can reach are: we are on a bad run (big deal, we've seen it before, it usually turns around); Warburton has pulled off a minor miracle in achieving what he has with what he's got (so there's no point going on about what he doesn't have and replacing him with a clogger like Pulis); we have no money any more (a point that hasn't quite sunk in with some) and are reliant on luck, miracles and taking chances on unproven players (which mostly won't work out well).

We are where we are, but it is obvious that something good is being built here, at last. Some sharpness and pace up front and we will be a very good side indeed.

I would say these 2 are in the squad to develop so at some point they are ready to play and be given long term contracts, then our fans can turn round and say why have we given these 2 long deals , they’re crap .

OK, you could of course look at it that way also, we the supporters could ruin their confidence etc. The solution must be to bring in a few loans then..That`s needed.

A point here and there every 3 games won't keep QPR up
A point at Norwich would normally be a very welcome result, unfortunately last night's results went against QPR.
Also, it has probably bought Warburton a few more games in charge, by which time potential candidates to replace him like Pearson or Cook will maybe get employment elsewhere like Sheffield Weds.

It also means that Warburton is likely to stick with playing Dykes up front and Cameron in midfield.
