If BOS and Manning re-up, watch out...

If they (and QPR) can’t find a reasonable offer in the next 24 hours, both will re-sign on extensions (a no-brainer since they get COVID era stability, can improve their stock with more playing time, and no one will stand in their way when that solid offer comes). Imagine both BOS and Manning (and their agents) grasp this, they stay, and we add one final piece to the puzzle: an Aden Flint style CB.

    Ergo, our best lineup suddenly looks very competitive at this level;

Dieng (love this guy; huge upside talent)
Kakay (another emerging talent with offensive skill)
    Flint (the enforcer)
    Dickie (solid and improving)
Manning (one of best set kick players in Championship)
    Ball/Amos/Cameron (decent enough)
    Thomas/Carroll (same as above)
    Chair (not Eze, but evolving)
    Dykes (a mobile Hugill)
BOS (no one can completely cover him)
    Bonne/Adomah (more scorers)

This is a Championship lineup that could compete against anyone.

    Anyone.

We would still need a left back cause manning can't defend

And Charlie Kelman , wouldn’t be surprised to see him on the bench this season , he’s already made an impact albeit at a lower level .

Rather him on the bench than Oteh in all honesty, granted I havent seen Kelman play though.

Sorry for my omission of Willock -- he's going to be interesting to follow. Assumed Kelman is being groomed for first team action next season. Agree re Oteh; he's not going to cut it at this level.

BOS would be a miss not easy to replace , can't say the same for Manning think we shot ourselves in the foot priceing him the same as BOS

Sure it's first left just after the second right then straight down a bit.

Have we put a price on him or is it the media that have said £5m? Whatever the case apparently we havent even received an offer from any club. Covid reflection of the market or his talent?
