The odd burst of bad food keeps the metabolism doing apparently!! All I've done is make sure my calorie intake in below 2500 a day over a week. That means I skip the odd meal over the week and eat health food most of the time. I still have the odd six or seven pints and a curry. I also do a two day fast once a month and loads of walking.

I still have the occasion threesome with my two favourite ladies, Stella & Ruby!
