Staying up is a must,secondly build to play last season's youngsters,thirdly introduce more youth players when can,fourth thing sell where dont help and buy senior players which can help the younger players play to a system which enhances them....a lot of managers being touted,but the main thing is we stay up but continue to play young players,and in the future hopefully I'l finances will improve,it's the long game for me but championship football is key we can't go dropping down leagues
