Anyone else having problems booking tickets on the site?

I keep getting a message saying package tickets need to be in your basket.
I never ordered a package, just 1 adult and 1 u18 but it wont process because of this package error thing that I have not even selected.

Signed into my account, clicked on the ticket for this game, added it to basket and when proceeding to checkout get told there is an error relating to packages.

Nice to know that the ticketing system is as incompetent as ever.

Portsmouth are having to put their away tickets into a ballot. Their allowance got reduced so are they expecting a bit of trouble between us and them? I am presuming they are reducing the corner near Y/X block as we have closed off Y block?
