It's well know that villa were supposed to be farked.

Now all of a sudden they are buying and loaning again as if nothing has happened.

FFP is no longer used though, Profit and Sustainability are instead and these allow a total loss of £39M over 3 seasons. They have this and next season to make up any losses and by pushing the boat out to try and win promotion they are hoping to get out of it... like Boro Sheff Wed Derby etc.

They have bigger stadiums and generate more income which also helps.

We have a tin pot stadium we can't even fill.

Yes they are working tirelessly asking clubs if they can loan them a decent player for the season but cannot afford to pay more than a few quid a week and no agents fess whatsoever.

Probably no takers for such a wonderful offer.

This is the result of waiting until the window for loans is the only one left. They could have got loans in earlier, but gambled on waiting until the main window closed so that the targeted players would be loaned out if not sold elsewhere.

But they were already two years into the three year cyvle and suggested that they had to cuts costs drastically in the last year to meet the £39m loss. New owner have come in and that third year hair cut has disappeared. Still not sure how this can happen and why any new investment by our Board would not be treated the same way?

No chance. We will appeal to youngsters looking for game time or older pros not able to get in whatever team they are with. That isn't to say we have no chance of getting anyone decent. Players like this though ridiculous.

But their fine if any will probably ve relevant to ours and our losses. So therefore they will probably get around a £4/5 million fine which is a risk worth taking for them.

In fact, why the hell would ANY self respected pro with anything about him want to come to our circus, be paid in washers and shirt buttons and be involved in a serious relegation scrap all season? Plus watch a manager not able to manage as the meddling DOF can't keep his grubby little fingers out of the managers day to day running and picking of team affairs and player recruitment!

Think you’ll find they get very well paid and that’s what makes it all the more annoying!

Bolaise just signed on loan for the season. That ain’t going to be cheap. They also got a winger from France during the week. It’s going to be very interesting over the season in regards to FFP. Are we just being whiter than white
