its just defensively I worry as we desperately need another cb, rb and imo and striker in the mold of a nahki wells type of forward.
I agree with you about the midfield and am also concerned about the defense - lack of numbers and quality.

BOS looks much improved on last year. Serious pace and very good control.

Goss has only just started training due to injury so will be a few weeks til we see him make a few sub appearances. I doubt we'll see Hall before November at the earliest.

Is Polter playing? If so what's he like. Did he get a good reception

Look a really good side and change form last season is we’re looking dangerous when we go forward. BOS pace makes such a difference

Maclaren prefers to sit above the action instead of on the touchline , so yes.

BOS best player so far. Great runs and some fine touches. Eze and Freeman doing a lot of good work. Leistner looks a calm head at the back. A bit slow, but confident. I think we have a very good foundation to be a well-balanced team.

bos is looking solid. ingram is looking good too, hes no smithies and he sometimes sits on the goal line too much but his positioning is good.

so far we look very organized and berlin aren't threatening us at all

Agreed, I think bringing in Chris Martin is too similar & would knock Smith’s confidence, who out of the two players Smith is better
                          Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                          And many more mistakes

What's all this about McLaren sitting in some type of box? Anyone got a pic.
