Not bad, but could you be more specific NW - are we talking hard or soft goat's cheese? Mexican Anejo? Bucheron, Cabecou, Circassian smoked? Or maybe Norwegian Geitost? Or Halloumi perhaps (although that's a sheep/goat mix of course).
