Its also a delicacy in Bulgaria too. I was treated too it in a very traditional restaurant out there. I tried it and it wasn't my thing but I was respectful giving it a go. They also eat the eyes so nothing goes to waste is it the same in Norway?Originally posted by corbray View Post
do you crack the head open and eat the brain as well or just nibble at its nibbly parts?I played sunday league football today.
Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

The brain was what I found hard to eat it was quite jelly like and not a very nice texture, again in Bulgaria nothing is wasted so I'd assume its the same in norway, as the brain is most of the food to eat from itOriginally posted by corbray View Post

Corbray and Weare, Here in Norway, the ultimate test of how hungry and up for it you are, is whether you dare to eat the eyes, I tend to eat them, but many skip that part. And while were at it, I don`t think we eat the brain. Weare, you mentioned Bulgaria, I do also think they eat Smalahove in Iceland.QPR
