Will be interesting to see who will do better out of Lampard, who has not managed at any level and Paul Hurst at Ipswich who has a very good record at a number of levels below Championship.

Can't help thinking that is a shrewd move by Ipswich.

Both good appointments mate, but so is ours. Personally I suspect that Paul Hurst may prove to be the best of the 3, But let's see how things pan out!

I don’t think Lampard is hated in the game he’s only disliked by us because of the local rivalry, think outside of us Spurs and West Ham no one gives a toss about him

I don't actually dislike the bloke to be honest. Always thought of him as a model pro, with a poor taste in club. Can't stand Derby though.

Actually agree Ginge always presents himself well and comes across as intelligent on the tv. Poor taste in friends ie Terry but show me set of friendships without a W anker amongst them

Only thing that bothers me is that for every Lampard or Gerrard getting a decent sized club for their first managerial job (without even being a number 2), there is a John Coleman or Paul Tidsdale who are probably more deserved of a shot at a bigger club.

And that is why I say only signing that #### Terry to go ! I think he will do ok personally but if he takes him with him a lot of fans will be against Derby. He would do better by steering clear of Terry!

Personally can't see any reason why Lampard would get Terry involved at Derby. I'd bet FL knows that that c*** would expect to turn up and take over. Captain....Leader.....Legend....MUG
