I will seriously reconsider renewing next season if Paladini is still handling transfers as will I suspect 100's of other supporters.

I don't mind him being involved at the club in some capacity... but if he is still in his current role, with all that signifies - I will not be renewing my ST.

Its a results business, if we don;t get them than fair enough they will drop. Last 20 games, if we improve than I'd expect very few to drop off. Thats the reality.

That for me is the most annoying thing about it all - we are only ever a single defeat away from the next round of threads on these topics - what chance do we have of ever having harmony and stability to enable us ALL to get behind the team and support them through thick, thin and thinner?!

I won't go on because I will accused of defending someone, just relying the facts on what will happen. Flavio going nowhere either, though we may get other investors on board.

Would much rather we hired a decent manager and let him assemble a team capable of challenging for the playoffs.

Couldn't give a toss about more or less investment, there are teams doing better than us on less resources

Paladini is too hands on, he will interfere regardless of what his position at the club is that is why he needs to go. No self respecting manager such as Curbishley could get on with their job properly with Paladini lurking in the shadows.

Pete sometimes I feel you think you are a bit of an authority on this sort thing. Your attitude towards everything is just the same as Paladinis - short term solutions / short term fix. You seem to think a winning streak is all that is required for our problems to go away when all it is doing is papering over the cracks.

Regardless of where we finish in the league this season ST Renewals will be dependant on us appointing a good manager like Curbishley or Coppell in the summer and giving them financial authority. We cannot attract managers like that to this club whilst Paladini is here that is the bottom line. We have swallowed it for too long now and are becoming incredibly restless with the current situation.
