    Yes, of course he does.

Anyone who casts doubt over FB and his methods wants that.
    We all do.

          Not quite "safe" yet.
Appeals work both ways, and the FIA are appealing todays decision.

Oh great, it rumbles on and on............

But to say that one side of a debate is fact, and the other is spin is nonsense.

Who's to say what will happen at QPR while he carries on? but writing off differing opinions and genuine viewpoints as "spin" is the sort of thing that you see on Question Time from juvenile politicians.

He's here, he's here to stay for now... I hope he ups his game, and turns our club into one that is far more unified and professional than it is right now.
            We move on.
I was merely referring to the expert opinions posted by many on the crashgate topic last year, particularly those that developed an immediate and amazing (in)ability to understand the workings of the European Legal System, whilst stating as fact that Briatore was a gonner on the fit and proper persons test owing to the FIA ruling!
FB's (mis) management of the Club we all love is a different topic all together and one I have never involved myself in on here or any other website, owing to my having insufficient knowledge/understanding of the topic at hand :eyes_droped:

Fair enough... but the FIA have appealed todays decision, so it's not done.

                God, I wish it was.

Did you read any of the 'evidence' against him? Clearly not.

No, but it's nothing to do with the FA.

Mawhinney on the other hand, would have had the balls.

He's shown that. Ask Luton and Southampton etc..

Well, it was pretty obvious there were elements of the original FIA hearing that wouldn't stand up in a court of law. And how much of it was deliberately engineered to make an appeal successful? Flavio/Bernie best mates.....

                          Amen to that.

The current ruling is a formal court ruling (unlike that of the FIA) and whilst the decision can and is being Appealed, it can only be overturned if the decision is wrong in law which, from my previous ramblings on the subject, I very much doubt will be the case.
I am not going to go through last years ramblings again but I suspect the Appeal is an attempt to challenge FB's entitlement to damages rather than anything else - but back to the point.........Let's get back to football and start praying that FB lets the football men do the work :waaaht:

Whilst I still haven't read a proper summary of the hearing, it is being said that Briatore has been awarded a mere £15,000 in damages.

Now that flavios ban has been overturned...

Does it mean he will pass the fit and proper test? when are the fa deciding whether or not he can still be part of the club?
