Personally i felt happier a few years back... this is the 8th year ive had a season ticket and to be honest the way i feel now i wont make it 9. Living it leeds its a 400 mile round trip from home to Loftus Rd and it is now a real drag. on the whole the last 18months or so have just not been enjoyable, the prices are high the football is boring (except the few game Flabio was away) and the players are overrated...
Much prefered the days with Holloway, Bircham, ainsworth etc, it felt like you were really close to the club, the away days were great the players and fans were pulling in the same direction and it was enjoyable being a QPR fan. It felt like one big family
At the moment it is boring, the players are a million miles away from the fans (except a couple) as are the owners..... The wholes matchday is boring.
And imo it wont get better whilst Flab is there maybe GP too, as no manager is ever going to be able to get on with things.. too many managers have come and gone to prove this...
Totally agree with everything u have said, at last a fan who actually sees past all the money the board may have!!
been a fan since the 70's...we are all intitled to our opinions and all our love is without question ..yr loyalty to the rss is only the same as all. I respect a man who gives his all for the cause (my ol man deserves a ****ing medal). Dont think there's any snide intended!!
believe me mate, I have got no agenda, as those who know me will testify to. But, I am getting totally peed off with all the negative stuff that some are pedalling around. I know loads of people from both camps but all I want is for my team to be sucessful. There are some posters on all the boards that are more intersted in making clever comments than getting behind the team. This club means the world to me and I am seriously p**ssed off with some of our supporters who just seem intennt on bringing it down.

I agree 100% with you on that one.
It doesn't feel like "my club" anymore. Matchdays are boring. I loved our time in League 1 and I think a lot of that was to do with the unity at the club. The players don't appreciate the fans nowadays, and that's the fault of some of the fans, who don't deserve to be appreciated because they are stupid.

Great post and the above, what I don't understand is that we have big powerful men in charge so why can't they get our club on the field right?

At the bottom of my posts are the names of three good QPR boys who are now deceased. No matter anything else, I know what missing QPR meant to them, so I savour every moment, knowing they all saw worse as I have.

Not quite sure how qpr fan can be happier when we're in a lower league. What was the point in going up then? Great atmosphere, team spirit and so on, but we did finish 2nd and unbeaten at home.......tends to help
