Every time Ollie is getting close to the tin tack he reads these boards, changes the team accordingly and gets to string a few good results together which keeps him in his job.

Ultimately delaying the inevitable when he finally gets what he deserves.

That's why I stopped posting!

Ollie has started to get things right, we need to get behind him and hopefully finish the season on a high.

There will be players that wanted to leave, who now may have changed their minds and wanting to stay after these past results. This should also attract new players and it should be a time we back him rather than cause disruption.
