I think it is possible, that team looked really good against Derby for 20 minutes and IH liked all youngsters. Still, Eze is the only one not playing from start yet, today could be the day!

West’s, surely that has to be great motivation! He is encouraging Smyth & Eze to play that well that Sylla has no walk back into the squad/team. Sylla hopefully then works harder to get back in. IMHO a win win situation.
I’m not a fan of most of his actions but for the life of me cannot see how this is anything but positive
