It genuinely happened at my work place. Unfortunately not swimming pool as that would be worth a written warning. This was someone filming another employee to highlight he wasn't wearing anti static shoes. The person that did the filming got a written warning. Its the work place of a footballer so same rules have to apply

Personally dont think that vid is enough to prove contact but clearly their is intent. FA would be setting very dangerous precedent if they start using fans footage
