Exactly. Too many times we scout and buy players only to never really give them a proper chance to see what they can do before their confidence is shot to pieces.
Scoring all those goals last season Wheeler must have thought he could have taken on this job with us and made a good go of it. He must look at the other miss hitters and be seething that the isn't being given a go to prove himself. The game isn't just about work rate.
