This article says Ingram is off to Northampton on loan, which would indicate we are definitely keeping Smithies.

good for the club tbh, ingram has been hit and miss for us in the few games weve seen of him and he'll never displace smithies unless smithies lost both his arms so its a good move for him to get some game time. lumley is good enough to play our 1 fa cup game too

Ingram needs to get games with a back four that have actually played together regularly....good move to loan him out.

I was confident we would keep him but with Warnock's comments after the Cardiff game there were some that were worried someone would come in with a late bid.
