if we sign a lower league gem we're taking a step back, if we miss out on a lower league gem we have poor scouting. the club is damned no matter what it does.
150k is nothing, if smyth doesnt make it then oh well it was worth a shot but if he does then we've found a bargain, weve gotta be in for these sort of players and heck, if we sign 10 players like smyth at least one would make it, its about opportunities
