So,

Though i would like Ollie to turn this around, popular opinion seems to be he can't, and is already on borrowed time.

My principle reason for this view is I don't know of anyone available, potentially willing to come here, that would do the job any better.

So, list them and why would they be any better?

1. Pearson - Angry bully but perhaps exactly what the club requires, absorbs and creates ######## in equal measure, should get this young squad motivated.

There are others but maybe leave that to thread....

Derek McInnes - through to another cup final. Cemented the club as scotlands 2nd team again. All done on a shoe string budget whilst also bringing in young players through the ranks. He has probably taken Aberdeen as far as they can go and England would be place to go and club like us would fit the bill.

Not much worse. Him or Ainsworth or Sean Derry would be the worst ideas ever. Sod all this "they understand what qpr" is rubbish and "at least they have passion and care". I just want someone who can do the job well. Best way to ensure that is to employ someone who has recent experience of doing it well elsewhere in the same position.
