Managerial appointments you've been happy with

    Over last 10 years.

For me, dowie, warnock, magilton and hughes. Think only one I agreed with sacking of was magilton. I have always been impatient with the others. Especially if I look at Ollie and JFH. Any supporters of him to start with, who now would like him to head to the exit door?

Only Warnock and if I'm honest Harry as I believed the hype he could keep us up

Those two asside every appointment you could tell was not going to work in medium to light by term

Warnock type is a QPR manager we should now be trying to identify a younger version of him

Without benefit of hindsight only one I was against was Ollie. Rest I could understand rationale and happy to give them a chance.

To be honest i am exactly the same.
Hate going backwards to old managers, and especially ones who have been out the game for so lomg due to massive failure.

There aren't many I haven't been happy with to be honest, Ramsey was the only one which concerned me because of his lack of experience! Maybe I'm just a little naive but I am willing to give them all a chance, including Ramsey, more often than not it just doesn't work out at our club!

                      Warnock, Harry, Gigi DeCanio, Magilton
                      Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                      And many more mistakes

Pretty sure I was ok with all of them at the time we employed them. With the exception of Di Canio and Sousa as I knew nothing about them.
