ffs, lets hope this is not true.

he is the only decent striker we have, i'm not surprised he was upset at being subbed, olly should have taken his golden boy off instead of sylla.

Not true at all. To describe it as a 'fall out' is OTT. It was just a warning.

IH covers it during his press conference pre-Fulham.

All he said was that when a player is taken off, he should accept the managers decision as anything else is disrespectful not only to the manager but also the player coming on.

He did go on to say however, which is extremely encouraging, that this is his environment and players will need to accept it or jog on.

Had a bad feeling about this! Heard Olly mention it earlier, then went and looked at the squad training pics today and Sylla doesn't appear at all...

I'm probably being paranoid, but would be gutted if he's thrown a wobbler after one incident!

Should not be spouting that about in the media.

He needs to deal with things like this behind closed doors or risk losing the players.

He is behaving like an amateur.

Agree. Is he not doing the same thing he is moaning that sylla had done?

                    Keep it behind closed doors.

This, i'd be feeling a bit embarrased if i was sylla. Hes the only striker that scores goals at the club too! If he went we'd have to rely on washingtons 1 goal every 19 games!

Think we need to back our manager as he clearly knows what he is doing. Good to see cilla surprise to come off
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

He didn't really have a hissy fit mate he looked pissed off with getting hooked which isn't a problem
In my opinion wasn't like he threw his jacket down or kicked water bottles about like tarrbs used too. I love Ollie but he should be keeping these things in house as it's not like we're bursting at the seems with players who score goals.

he hardly had a hissy fit! he showed disappointment at coming off when e was playing well.. if you read the comments on the match thread most on here thought it was the wrong decision at the time too and thought it was mackie who was flagging a bit. Players do it all the time...and the managers don't come out and coat them off to the press. express your disappointment to the player but don't the go and brag to the press. I love ollie but sometimes he gets to Media luvvy for his own good!
