Holloway keen to sign an experienced striker

“At the minute we’re not cutting it at this level, so we’ve got to try and sort that out in January, because we need some goals. You need to believe you’re going to score and I’m not so sure my whole team do. So I might have to help their belief by bringing some others in if I can.

To replace Charlie Austin, I would have to do it with someone who I know can already do it, to help the younger ones and make them believe. I’ve got to be clever and resourceful. It might be about who I have to move out so I can get in, and I’m trying to do that as well.”
