One of the best penalty stoppers in the country and very good in 1 v 1 situations.

Derby want 4 mill for their reserve, 33 year old keeper.... So Smithies must be worth, well a lot!

We do also have a decent back-up. Very strong in goalie position. Shame about rest of squad

Smithies is a chap. Proper keeper.

If the club were thinking of selling him, wouldn't they be playing Ingram?

No, I imagine they would sell him when the right price turns up but they are under no need to sell otherwise so may as we'll keep him. We would have finished a few places higher last year had Smithies played from the start.

They have rough would tell them put £2mil on it or some serious add ons. In today's market £4mil is a steal and cheap

No way smithies is worth way more than 4m and if we sold him for 4m we may as well give up

Think he will be a future england keeper

                            massive potential.

Given how crazy transfer fees have been over the past couple of years 10m should be more than fair!
Not just saying this as i'm a qpr fan but imo he's easily one of the top keepers in the country, more than capable of being a prem player and a future england keeper

If TF sanctions the sale of Smithies then he can do one.

Always supported TF 100% right up until he appointed Holloway.
Massive mistake and selling our only decent player would be an even bigger mistake.

                                Probably only paper talk anyway.
