With the three big clubs in London, Arsenal, Spurs and Chelsea, having so many promising young players waiting to play in a first team, how come we are the only club that seems so uninterested to bring some on loan? Fulham, Brentford, Bristol, Rotherham and don't how many more, get good players from these clubs on loan. Why not we? Are we so proud and big headed that we think we do not need any help?

This is a very valid point.
However you fail to note that those clubs see us as a very real threat to their European qualification ambitions. -

Past two seasons I think we used the loan system well, Angella and Konchesky last season and Isla, Zarate, Krancjar and Vargas year before. JFH was very against loans so seems to be main reason. Pawel is a good player though and he came in on loan.Comment

I think you are spot on, that´s why we even have to re-sign Clint Hill. We can do with staying up this year..QPR
