All got good feet, well so have I but I can't play football. Need some with a good brain as well as feet. Don't want all of our player chasing pigeons, crisp packets or farts in the wind, need them to be organised and playing to a plan.

Agree with others above, its all about motivation really, you can't say what you really think in public, especially after just getting the job.
