                              I'm not of the mind that just because someone is an ex player and loves the club he is automatically going to be a good coach. Holloway has all the love and passion in the world and I believe he needs someone with a proven higher level of tactical ability to complement him.

                                I hope holloway brings in an assistant who knows their stuff. Ollie needs a good tactician to help him.

                                Getting excited with our backroom staff though, ramsay is starting to bring through some prospective talent so hopefully ollie will use them. Glad we didn't get rid of gavin ward too, smithies has improved even more so since gavin came in
