Bircham was assistant to Holloway at Millwall and that ended up in failure, what makes anyone think it will be any different this time. Why do managers drag the same backroom staff around with them, surely if you are doing something at work and it is not working, change it.

What does that get us? They've just been appointed. They're not being sacked any time soon. So get with the programme and make the most of it until we've proof it isn't working. I've a track record of b itching about proven s hit.....

I have no idea whether Olly will succeed or fail and neither does anyone else. All on either side of the argument are guessing what they think will happen. Every managerial appointment is a huge shot in the dark with the club having fingers crossed! For what it's worth I think the best course of action for any supporter is to get behind the new man and only have a go if it goes wrong, not just because you think it might! Can't wait for HQ to be rocking on Saturday, it's ages since it has been!

Hope Ollie succeeds but the Bircham bit has always been the part I do not get. As part as you cannot compare their time at Millwall to us now unfortunately it is all we have to go on and the results did not go for them. Only time will tell if it is the right call.
