    Which precisely sums up your blind spot on this issue. Leicester and Watford are two examples of clubs promoted to the prem who changed their managers but perfectly maintained continuity. Leicester even managed to win the title doing so. So if that doesn't disprove your argument then nothing will!

      Leicester kept their manager for a year and stayed up, then built on that. Watford have been doing freaky sh it for god knows how long and have the benefit of being directly linked to Udinese.

        IMO the only person he motivates is you. He doesn't appear to motivate the players and certainly not the majority of fans.

          Exactly ,,, we're going nowhere fast under JFH ,,,, how could anyone possibly say we are doing better with JFH at the helm .. ask Cardiff fans who'd they prefer !!
