Do the players know that the club is unlikely to sign anybody else so that their positions are safe for the season. Lack of competition does not encourage players to make their best effort.

Never makes sense leaving the business until the last minute. But a creative MF is our most important requirement, more so than another striker. If Sandro stays, and we were able to bring in a decent attacking / creative MF, I'd play Sandro as a bench hitman. I think he'd do far more damage as a striker than either SP or CW. I'd also recall JET. None of which will happen.Comment

I think we defo need that creative player still. It wont happen but if we could afford anyone I would put all my eggs in one basket and try and get judge from Brentford

I read on here Sako from Palace is of interest and he'd be perfect to play on the left. Sako, Chery and Yeni would arguably be the best 3 behind a striker in the league with cousins being box to box and Borysiuk holding.Comment
