vespa i dont think its fair to say he had a glass jaw that sort of punch can do real damage ive been done across the head with a hammer
and had my whole head opened up with a pool cue and been stabbed bot none of these wounds stopped me from fighting on but the knock out i took against aston villa finished me i couldnt go on
SO THE OLD PUNCH TO THE JAW IS TOTALLY INCAPACITATING

At the next home game look into the away end and count how many stewards there are in there.
The problem here mate has something to do with the implementation because stewards were already oriented about their roles and yet didn't do their tasks.

            their place or ours Ted?

Agree about the jaw. Hit the sweet spot and its game over. It's not always hay makers but speed of punch, a fast jab can put you on yourarse.

Loads of them came down without tickets for a party in London, if they could get tickets on the door or not, apparently because it was the 5 year anniversary of their League Cup win over Arsenal.

Reminded me a bit of that Millwall game the other season, where the club and Police were well organised in advance (in comparison) instead.

im not joking a haymaker will knock you spark out and when you wake up you feel sick and giddy and your legs have completely gone it was the only time i took a punch like that but it made me realise a few things and also its embarressing to wake up
especially as ive just stormed the turnstill telling them im big agro
AS I WALKED BACK OUT THIS GEEZER LAUGHED AND SAID GOODBYE BIG AGRO
i was just glad that none of my boys see me lose that fight, because that would have made it even worse so i walked out of the match but not in one straight line i was falling all over the place

I think one or two on here are of the opinion the stewards 'working' at QPR are fit for purpose. How many hours training do they get?, what courses have they've been on? My guess most of them have arrived from Calais a week ago
I must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross

Two guys have a scuffle in a pitch whilst a game is going on, and the only thing everything seems to be worried about is that the Rangers fan got dropped? I think we should all be talking about how s hit our stewards are, and how this sort of laddish b ollocks gives all football fans a bad name.

i`m sure the stewards in the 80s ( when there was real crowd trouble ) were Rangers fans , seem to remember having a laugh most weeks with a fella in his 50s
with grey hair who was always down the front of the Loft .

I knew a steward from St. Lucia who was great at his job, loved the Rangers too, so it was win/win. When the mob from Gold took over he lost his job. How many of our fans have had run ins with some of these jobsworths. When you hear foul language in G block there our plenty of fans to tell them to calm down, especially when there are kids and mums around

Possibly, my point though is that it shouldn't be and isn't their job. Why do other clubs in the Championship seem to be able operate decent stewarding, and not us? That's the question that the club needs to answer. Plenty of fans, home and away, complain about Loftus Road for this very reason.

Hope you are well Vesps ! I think you are talking about me old mate pugga. He was probably in his late 30's then but always grey to my knowledge. Has striking blue eyes that made him look like a nutter, Lived a few doors down from me and certainly no steward of the year.. After a Liverpool game in the late 80's accidentally helped a Liverpool fan from the top tier of the school end to the bottom breaking the poor chaps leg. Luckily for pugga no cctv and charges dropped but relieved of his duties. Shame because when he was on the turnstiles it was a cheap day.

Was only rangers fans 80's backwards mate. My old man was one in SAR and took me for nish every game and hence the reason I sit there still now.
