Team For Birmingham....Should We Stick With Angella And Last Night's Defence?

They were excellent last night apart from one lapse in concentration for the goal.
Stick with that defence or put Konchesky back in, what do you think?
I say stay with the exact same team but of course add Faurlin for Henry/Toszer if he's fit.

I'd say stick, if anything it keeps Konchesky out of the team, his legs have most definitely gone.

Grant Hall was given a massive 9 by West London Sport, he has to start next season as Rangers captain imo.

Thought Angela was at fault for the goal. I would go back to what we had but blood Cole at left back

Was poor but was one of them balls that was looped up so high and they all just looked up at it and more often than not a striker will pounce first cos it's there instinct. Can allow them that lapse without to much criticism I reckon.

Based on what I have seen of Angella, I feel he has got potential. he looks like a fighter to me.
Not sure how fast and composed on the ball he is, but maybe he could play in diffensive midfield aswell, Just a thought. Please, don´t shot me.

The same Cole who was roundly accosted by many on here for not being ready? He got the Darnell Furlong treatment earlier in the season.

Yeah unfortunate that it led to a goal, but that was one split second in the entire 90 that the defence put a foot wrong.

Don't remember anyone digging him out. Saw him play both cup games and was MOM in both

Yea I went to the Carlisle game and he played pretty well (albeit a dreadful game and team performance).

Can't think of any thread negative towards him he's not played enough for that to have happened

Konchesky is pony. Should be trying other options. Onouha should be playing CB with Hall. He can't play RB. As for Angella, he didn't start the season to well so one decent performance won't be enough for me.

Funny old game - opinions..... I was at Carlisle game and thought he was as poor as the rest of the team, barring JET who seemed to try to take the game to them.
I do think he was treated unfairly last season. After a good debut v Hull, he was always going to struggle against the 2 most in form wingers in the Prem at that time. Palarse lad & Sanchez. Personally, I think Robinson may have more about him. He did cost us £1m and came from Liverpool. Which doesn't guarantee anything, but I hope he comes good.

Sorry mate, I was referring to Cole Kpekwa. Agree Furlong was poor vs Carlisle, and also agree with your comments about Furlong last season.
