    Les on January business.

Seen a lot of moaning about Les, but can't see how anyone can disagree with what he says here.

Honestly speaking, every time I see his name I get angry

Imo it's the manager who says who he wants (with help from his scouts) & the chairman does the deals

I think Les is a tozser
    Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
    And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Jesus Christ there's no helping some people is there. Les is doing a fine job in the context of Bolton, Portsmouth, Blackpool and Wigan. What do some fans want, us to be the next club to fall by the wayside and falter like the ones i mentioned.

Some people have their head in the clouds and think that money grows on trees. Les is doing a fine job of making sure we have a sound financial future. I'm sure if he were doing this job 4/5 years ago we'd be in a much better state financially and in the league too. Get off his back for christ sake.

Glad some of us believe in what he is trying to do here....sick of seeing "Les out" every time we lose or draw ffs

        In Sir Les we trust

It's what we need, the only thing I'll miss is the transfer window and all those names that were flying around.

It may take a few years but it means we could come back as strong as Southampton.

The club has had no strategy whatever for the last 4 years, bar spend spend spend and hire big shot managers. Les has a strategy and is trusted by the club to implement it. It may turn out badly, it may turn out well, but it's still better than no strategy at all. Clubs with a long term strategy tend to succeed - look at Southampton, Swansea, Leicester and probably the best example Crewe.

Good atricle from the DOF understand what he's saying I'm still not over impressed with him or if he's the right man , proof will be in the pudding , shame he didn't own up to that he made a mistake in appointing Ramsey, would appreciate and respect him more if he came out and said that

What makes me laugh at the comments is that clearly the manager is bringing in the players he wants, El Khayati would not have been coming if it werent for JFH. It does seem as though he had been watching Washington as well. I would say currently the situation is working rather well. Luongo, Hall, Polter, Smithies all brought in with Les there and all doing really well in the team.
