what is the latest on Samba? If he's mentally and physically fit he should be thereabouts.

He last played- in the league cup, which we lost- in October 2013..... That's was his only apprearance of 2013-14. Why on earth should he be thereabouts?

The club have done very well to cover up exactly what the problem is with Diakite. Must be on around 30/40k a week yet cant get near the 1st team no matter how many players leave/get injured. The story will come out one day I presume.

I assume it's between Henry and Tozer if we keep same system. Not exited by prospect of either. Good to get Fer and Sandro off the payroll but it has left us a bit light in the middle. Unless Samba is back in contention?

Assuming if he's physically and mentally fit, we don't have an embarrassment of riches to cover that position. So, given he's OK, and it is a big if, why wouldn't you consider it? More ability than Tozser or Henry.
