there was nothing wrong with him . the club held him back to sell him in this window , i'm fine with that . would like them to come out and admit it and stop trying to treat us as fools

His hamstring went 25 September at Fulham (same game as Jamie Mackie). He was supposed to be out for a month. He came back briefly
      but had not really recovered.

Any idea why they aint doing that to a man worth double chaz then ?
Let's not play our best player and protect 4 million, but let's not bother protecting 8 million?
Think that blows the fake injury nonsense out the window, but I'm sure it won't on here.

Funny how he wasn't injuried last season but has been this, all the best to him but glad he's gone & we can move on
            Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
            And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Absolutely this. Love Austin but he was always gonna leave, same as a couple of other players in the squad. And once they're gone I'll be happy and see we can move forwards positively.
