    Whats a good Transfer Window...

    for us?

Keeping charlie, phillips, fer, junior, sandro ect and just limping along to the end of the season or should the club just try and get rid of as many of them as possible and blood in new recruits for next season early as possible or could that push us into a unneeded scrap to stay up?

Should the board be coming out and lowering expectations for this season. I reckon by selling some of these players they can take some heat of JFH and go back to the consolodation route we thought was the plan anyway.

Keep all the above and it makes JFH job that much harder.

The windows a nightmare every January. Reckon it should only be open for a week which would push teams to just get on with all their business ASAP and then just be left to get on with concentrating on the team for the rest of the season.

It must get to the players with all the rumours and uncertainty and probably doesn't help thing on the pitch.

Need to sell players sooner rather than later as they all have not long left on their deals. Can't see us spending much though, especially with FFP still ongoing

Getting rid of whoever JFH doesn't want for next season, giving him the opportunity to bring in those he does and properly evaluate the fringe players already here.

The club have totally messed this season up and doubt they can afford to do it again.

Yeah this. And JFH should 100% get the chance to do that.

I'm starting to agree with this. Would like to clear the players who probably wont be here next year and bring in his own. Its then gives us 15-20 games to see what he can do with his own group and what sort of direction we are going in.

Not a excise to be awful but a chance to rebuild. Think the board need to adjust expectations if they do get rid though.

                  Ideally...

Sell - Charlie, Fer, Sandro and Philips and give JFH some of it for new players of his choice.

Try and release Green, Yun, Traore, JET, Diakité

                  Realistically...

Charlie will stay til the summer
Fer & Sandro will go on loan
Philips might go to WBA or Bournemouth or someone like that for 5 mil or so

The rest will sit on their contracts

A good window is NOT spending money & NOT backing JFH

It's a waste of time, we also need a half decent free agent striker, I'd take Leon Best
                      Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                      And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Whatever we value Caulker, Fer, Phillips and Sandro at we need to lower our valuations and cash in for whatever we can get.
We wouldn't get relegated if we lost them 4,and bare minimum if we were desperate could get £10million for them all if cashed in now.
