Harriman has played a single figure number of games for us, and spent most of his time in League 2. That's been for years now, how many managers have we had since Harriman came up? Not one thought he was good enough for the championship or PL. They were all wrong were they?
What makes you think he's gonna be any better than Perch or Henry? I'd rather we signed a decent right back rather than have those 2 or a youth player who's patently not good enough. As for the other ones you mentioned, I'd keep Angella and Konchesky as backup. If you don't agree, fine.

Haha unfortunately Ginge, we're part of a message board where quite a big percentage of it's members have very limited knowledge on football and how to judge a player.

I think I've finally learnt to only engage with the members on here that show a bit of knowledge.

I think he should have been given a chance as he cant be worse than what we have but the reaction on here is hilarious. If we were to buy a league 2 defender aged 23 then I can imagine the reaction the opposite way. Last week rumours were we were after the Burton left back who plays a higher level (2 years older admittedly) and people were slating that as well. It does feel no matter what some will slate the club over anything they do. Sometimes I laugh at it all but now it is just getting boring.
