The biggest mistake ever made was sacking Warnock after he got us promoted. Let's not forget what Warnock achieved. He managed to galvanise a squad, despite giving Taarabt special treatment!
Since sacking Neil Warnock everything has turned to crap. From Hughes to Harry and the players coming in for them on big contracts and the club turning into a money making scheme for the retiring footballer. Then the board who made these erroronous decisions blame the managers and fall for this latest load of poncers like Ferdinand who convince them that he's needed to stop this happening....No Les you are just after the meal ticket you didn't get at rangers towards the end of your playing career & want an easy life employing your mates as managers who will do as you say.
If you think about it all the board really had to do after realising sacking warnock was wrong, was to install a manager with experience who would and could work within their financial guidelines and budgets.
Instead we have a circus of clowns who are clueless at this level, who have a job that's made even harder by mistakes made in the recent past that still affects the present day.Comment

Listen, at the time I was in favour of NW be appointed until the end of the season. However, he will be gone in the summer and will have to start all over again. As for the Reading game, Christ.....what way did NW found to win it? It was their keeper who found us the way to get the three points. Let's be real.http://www.skysports.com/football/reading-vs-qpr/339756
Highlights don't work but scroll down to Warnock interview.
Big mistake not offering him the job full time I'm sure he would
got us into the play offs.
Lets be honest we were not great in the Reading game but Warnock
found a way to win and left us 2 points from the top six.Comment

THE fall-out from QPR’s relegation bears no sign of letting up, with chairman Tony Fernandes yesterday slamming former boss Neil Warnock, claiming his signings have cost the club dearly.
Historic column but interesting list of players NW brought in when we were promoted...AF, JB, Traore, SWP and LY all very poor signings and on loads of money. Could be argued that that's when our slide began, ideally we should of built a team around Taraabt as we had unearthed a gem, we simply shipped in poor players on bigger contracts and shipped out players that got us up.
Joey was always a risk and was on the whole very poor for us, someone on his wages should have led from the front but he did very little, we gave him a contract in 2011 bigger than what Harry Kane is on now
As to the others on that list, simply embarrassing and no Sir Les in sight.
I always wanted to keep NW but the cracks were appearing in his reign. I don't know whether he was pushed into buying these players or they were his players but whatever way the club post 2011 under all managers haven't managed to have a coherent or successful transfer policy.Last edited by TBLOCKRANGER; 10-01-2016, 09:22 PM.Comment
