Agree with you Surrey JFH has inherited a nightmare squad needs time to build his own side with his players.

If he's inherited a terrible squad then it's Les that we should be pointing the finger at and not Ramsey or Hasselbaink. Personally I don't think you can blame it solely on the players. As a few other have pointed out, Warnock had them fired up and playing half decent. The tactics and the type of football we play has been woeful since day 1 under Hasselbaink. I'm very concerned.

1) if he can't motivate his own countryman, Leroy fer, to get fit and put in effort and he has to drop him how does anyone expect him to motivate anyone else?

3) how does Warnock win with the same squad? This is about someone who can motivate, organise and play the right players in the right positions.

If I knew the answer to that, I'd be in football management myself.

Probably got better results and performances with better tactics and motivational skills because he is a better manager. Warnock should have been offered the roll until the end of the season.
The club could also have considered Jokanovic who won promotion with Watford last season.
