      It's getting right cringeworthy now

Maybe Warnock really didn't want the job, or he just couldn't work with Les, who knows what the story is. But you are right JFH needs to start getting some wins under his belt.

Personally I think he only said that because he knew he wasn't going to get the job. Think he'd have loved to have been given job until end of season. However all this managerial talk is stupid as jimmy needs to be given time.

Well he should have come out and said I want the job instead of saying I'm here helping out, I will do it until December. Neil Warnock is not a shy or reserved man and says what he thinks so if he said he never wanted it why can't we just take him at face value?? why does their have to be an agenda or conspiracy that he did want it although he said he never??????

Oh come on, a conspiracy? Think you're making it out to be bigger than it is. I think he wanted the job but knew he couldn't get it, so best for him and club to say that he didn't want it. If you listen to his last interview, sounds like a man who wanted the job.

Can you answer the question "Would you give Les's time as a QPR player back in order to avoid the last 11 months?"

I'd enjoy doing that more to be honest.

It don't matter how his interview sounded what he did actually come out and say is I don't want the job permanently at no point am I aware did he say otherwise so to suggest he wanted it is pure guess work and assumption (personally I would have been happy enough with him)

As said hes known for saying what he feels and is not backwards in coming forwards so if he never came out to say I have changed my mind that's clear indication to me he never wanted it. Hes got bigger things then QPR going on so fair play to him putting family first

Obviously if NW knew he wasn't going to be required in the medium / long term he's gonna go public saying that he has no interest. But we just don't know what actually happened. I think it is sometimes naive to take public pronouncements at face value, I just hope the club made every effort to retain him....
