It is good that Ramsey is being offered a chance to do something for the club. Am a bit miffed if it is technical director though as I am unsure if he is qualified for it. Whilst we want to show support for the club, wouldn't this be a good fit for Warnock?

Mediocre performances under Ramsey for sure, but it's hardly like they've done anything that can't be fixed. Unlike our previous 2 managers who spent loads of cash and left us with scores of players that needed to be paid out of their huge contracts.

I'm glad Ramsey has been retained, makes more sense than paying his contract up. The guy isn't useless, he was just employed in the wrong role. Alright the job title Technical Director seems a bit over the top but other than that I've got no complaints!
        very reasonable post.

I'm happy with this. Renowned for his knowledge of the game. If that feeds down the line then great. He's not managing anymore where he was clearly out of his depth. I'm glad we've still got hold of him. I think it will benefit QPR.

Ramsey has farked this season Warnock came in and started the repair carried on by JFK , you say the 2 previous managers spent bundles yes but did what the chairman wanted , Redknapp had alot of loans he never spent that much for being in in the premier league , dont forget his signings had a religation clause in their contracts , yes he was a failure but never was his football as bad as it's been this season
You say nothing that cant be fixed then it'been damaged you fix damages ,

I'm bemused,if I don't do my job very well at work, instead of them sacking me I'll think i'll ask my boss if I can become a director, but hold on,he is not a drinking buddy of mine so guess I have to move on...unbelievable how LF is taking over down there !!

This can only be good news. Someone who is well respected in the industry for player development being assigned to keep an eye on the progress of the players we have out on loan. Better than paying him to sit on his ar5e at home.

Stupid appointment. Why not let JFH do his work without this old brigade?

Zackly. Anyone who thinks he'll just be working for his pay off money is being naive.

Les was decent on the park but there is no evidence whatsoever that he has anything to offer elsewhere.

A club our size with this kind of inflated infrastructure shows that delusions of grandeur are harder to shake off than we all thought.

Exactly this. Just making up a job for him because they probably feel sorry for him.
