Fer being drafted straight in would be wrong IMO, that and Chery on the wing is wrong.

For me you either play Chery behind Austin or not at all, Hoilett to play as the number 10 our out wide.

I get what you are saying, the thing is, on the left hand side, we don't actually have a 'Winger'. Its really asymmetric how we play so you end up with Phillips being the only real winger, hence the total lack of width in the last few matches until he's moved wide.
