    I don't see anything new, it was known previously that pilot error was at least partially the cause?

        The authorities have just released a formal report, clarifying causation. Nothing particularly new about it, just some official confirmation after months and months of forensic investigation at a huge cost to tell us what we all pretty much knew anyways

          I think the fact that they have been found negligent will open up law suits and costs and Tony is the owner of the company so his finances will be hit.....small consideration next to all the deaths but QPR related nonetheless maybe.
