                  Wilkins, Sherwood, Holloway would all be disastrous. Never go back.

                  We need an young(ish), progressive, up-and-coming manager with long-term strategy and realistic goals, to gradually build the club back up.

                  Or failing that Pearson (or even Rogers, assuming he'd listen).

                              We really don't need to rush this appointment, let's take our time and get it right this time? Let Warnock do it with maybe Clint until we can get the person we really want, to take the club forward,and progress,

                                                  Its going to be Warnock or someone similar, who will give us a shot at going up this year.

                                                  No "young and progressive coaches" who will move us forward in the long term (thats what CR was). We will fall back to that if we dont go up this season and all our big "stars" go.
