Looking at that lot, maybe Sherwood is the best candidate for the job after all!

Sit down, take a deep breath, think about what people look like in Gilets saluting overpaid mercenary strikers, then look at that list again....

I was half-joking. Seriously though, how many of them would you say you actually want to see manage the club? I counted 1. Maybe. And he's already there. And 66.

            ha..yeah I'd guessed so.

That list is poor. Would love to see the club go for Gareth Southgate personally. Ferdinand must know him from his England days. Failing that...Ainsworth must get a chance ?

              Huddersfield appointed quickly

              Klopps former number 2... Interesting...

Shows how a club can look beyond the obvious and our shores.

That won't bother Our Leaders. They appoint on who's Bessie mate is available. How else could Ramsh*t have got a 3 year contract after relegating us.

Football has changed and that is the way to go imo. Up coming very good managers/coaches (don't have to be foreign), much better than the same recycled cr*p names always mentioned when a championship job appears.

Watford done it with Flores. Boro with Karanka who hadn't had a job as a manager before, albiet worked at Real Madrid like Clement as an assistant. So why can't we be proactive for once and go get a decent gaffa/head coach instead of Fernandes loading up his Championship Manager 2008 playstation game and picking names from there, or Sir Les looking through his contact list on his mobile and seeing who is available from his pals.

Would be happy with that. Mentioned him on the realistic thread. Knows his stuff, speaking a few weeks ago:

Watch Burton Albion manager Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink speak about life managing in Sky Bet League One.

Flores up and coming? He'd already been manager of Valencia, Benfica and Athletico Madrid over the last 10 years !!

Should of worded it better. Basically trying to say think outside of the box.
